The grapes come from vineyards over 60 years old, with low yields, located in the Sierra de Gredos at a height of 670m and planted in granitic rock soils. Their small, loose bunches provide the characteristic features of the Grenache and include flavours of red fruits such as raspberry and strawberry, with subtle hint of white pepper. The influence of the land expresses their fineness, elegance and personality. The entire harvest is picked and selected by hand to produce exclusive wines with very limited production.
